Making Gravy Recipe Pliek Typical cuisine of Aceh

VEGETABLE MATERIALS-VEGETABLES:
- Beans long ¼ kg
- Leaves melinjo 4 tie
- Fruits young melinjo 1 oz
- Young Jackfruit 2 plastic
- 10 pieces of green eggplant
- 1 bunch Watercress
- Pliek U ¾ cup small Duralex
- Kalapa rasp 1 piece
- Shrimp ¼ kg-kikil at will
- Salt to taste

MATERIALS BUMBU Milled:
- Coriander 2 tbsp dried minced
- 6 pieces of red chilli
- Cayenne 20 pieces
- 6 cloves Onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Ginger 1 cm
- Turmeric 1 tsp finely
- Coriander 1 tsp cooking
- Coconut gongseng (ulhee) 2 tbsp
- Pepper ½ tbsp round-Acid Sunti 3 pieces

MATERIALS BUMBU Chopping:
- Green Chillies 9 units
- The red onion 3 cloves
- Sere 2 sticks
- 10 sheets of orange leaves

MAKING WAY
1. Gongseng pliek u low heat until fragrant, add 1 cup water to boiling Duralex long. After boiling filtered (discard the water). U pliek blender until smooth.
2. Boil fruit and young jackfruit melinjo until tender (discard the water)
3. Kikil Boil until tender (discard the water)
4. Cut vegetables, minced and chopped herbs until finely chopped herbs.
