Duck Stew Ingredients Aceh:

     1 head (375 grams) duck, cut into 4 parts
     1 teaspoon tamarind water (1 teaspoon of tamarind and 1 teaspoon water)
     2 stalks bay leaves Koja
     1000 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
     10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
     2 teaspoons of salt
     1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
     3 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Subtle Seasonings:

     1 tablespoon coriander
     1/2 teaspoon anise
     1/2 teaspoon pepper
     3 cloves of garlic
     2 cm ginger
     2 cm turmeric, burned
     3 large red chilies
     7 curly red chilies
     1 piece deaf
     2 pieces of cardamom
     2 cm cinnamon

How to Make Curried Duck Aceh:

     Marinate duck with tamarind juice. Let stand 20 minutes.
     Heat the oil. Saute onion and spices until fragrant. Enter the duck. Stir until the color changes.
     Add bay leaves Koja. Stir until wilted.
     Enter the coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Cook until done.
