ingredients:
250 gr beef brisket, cut into pieces
500 gr beef intestine stew, cut into pieces
½ tsp chilli powder
10 pcs chili intact
½ tsp turmeric powder
Crushed 2 cm galangal
½ tsp vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp salt
750 ml of water
Subtle Seasonings:
6 pcs red chili
4 cloves garlic
